The Upper Room 14 September 08 - Us (Part 2) (Mick Martin)

In the context of church, the word ‘fellowship’ has become something of a cliché with often negative connotations of Christians gathering in ‘holy huddles’ to do Christianity together. But the Greek word ‘koinonia’ that is often translated as ‘fellowship’ is a word rich with meaning and full of power and purpose. When we begin to understand this word, we see that fellowship - true fellowship - is one of the essential life elements of the church.
