The Upper Room 24 May 09 - Living Water Project (Mick Martin & Emma Dale)

In Mark 10:17-29, Jesus tells a rich, young ruler that in order to have ‘eternal life’ he must sell all his possessions and give the money to the poor and then come and follow him. How are we to apply this instruction to our own lives today?

Following some thoughts from Mick Martin on this question, Emma Dale talks about an Upper Room initiative called the ‘Living Water Project’ which involves the goal of raising money to fund a community water supply project in Luwero, Uganda (see http://www.cornerstonedevelopment.org/home.html).
